Bio:

Walter pieringer is a photographer based in Austin, TX and is available for travel worldwide. He has completed commercial and editorial assignments on six continents and in more than two dozen countries across the globe. His slightly unhealthy fascination with the desert and unending quest for bizarre situations and strange humans keep him on the road and off the map for a good chunk of his life.
Walter has a film degree from USC, but these days he enjoys creating still images more.
He is both a perfectionist and a workaholic, a combination that continuously proves to be both a blessing and a curse. Fortunately he absolutely loves what he does, and no one seems to be complaining.
Aside from photography, Walter creates video projects, writes, and is a bona fide computer nerd. He also takes excellent care of his cat.
